Shipping Terms.

All items are ready to ship unless stated otherwise.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.

Made-to-order items including customs, have a production time of 6-8 weeks before shipping.

Once your order has been shipped, it is your responsibility to utilize the tracking number provided and make sure you are present to receive your package. We will not cover costs for stolen/lost packages. If your package has been lost in transit, you must file a claim with USPS, please email if you need assistance.

If your package has been sent back to us due to failure of not claiming and/or paying your countries custom fees, it is your responsibility to follow up with us on the next steps. No refunds will be issued.

Custom duties and fees for international orders are the customers responsibility, please know your countries fees before placing an order.

If your package has been sent back to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, it is your responsibility to follow up with us on the next steps. No refunds will be issued.
